Depending where you're located in the U.S., expect the transit time and delivery of your order to be anywhere from 1-5 business days. You can view your estimated delivery date at checkout.

Order Shipping Protection
We provide shipment protection against loss, damage, and theft.
When you add our shipping protection at checkout, your order is protected from the moment it ships until it’s safely delivered. If something goes wrong, you can file a quick claim through our online portal and track progress.
What We Cover
Lost Packages

Orders with no delivery update for 7+ days (U.S.) or 20+ days (international) may be considered lost.

Claims must be filed within 30 days of the last tracking update.

Multi-package shipments are covered for any missing parcels.
Stolen Packages

Orders marked “delivered” but not received may qualify as stolen after 5 days and up to 30 days after delivery.

Packages delivered to the wrong address (when the correct one was provided) are also covered.
Damaged Items
What’s Not Covered

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered by the customer.

Orders stuck in customs, seized by authorities, or returned due to refusal or invalid address.

Manufacturing defects or product dissatisfaction — please contact us directly for those issues.

Delays in expedited shipping (e.g., overnight or 2-day).

Contraband, prohibited items, or shipments to countries under U.S. sanctions.
- Our insurance coverage is limited to the cost of the item(s) alone. Shipping costs, and taxes are not included, and we do not cover custom/duty fees.
