- Items have a 30-day return window, which begins on the day you receive your item. You must ship out the item you are returning within 30 days of having received the item.

You are eligible for a full refund, no matter what. However, if you received the item as ordered, we ask that you pay for return postage. If we shipped you the wrong item, or the item arrived damaged, we will cover the shipping cost.
