Non-custom vent covers cannot be customized and are ready to order and ship.

Production lead times are a choice of 3-4 weeks (standard), following Fridays (fast), and 3 business days (express).

We do not except returns of customgable vent covers, diffusers, or grilles — all sales are final.

The reason for this is that our custom vents are customized to fit your specifications and are made to order, so they differ from our standard return policy.
